Delivery and Returns

If you are based in the United Kingdom, Including England, Scotland and Wales then Standard Uk delivery will be 1st Class Recorded Post at £3.50. This includes your packaging materials for your items and our fees for packaging them up lovely and discreetly for you.

You should expect to recieve your item in 1 - 2 days. If you are not in or are otherwise engaged upon delivery do not despair your postie will leave you a 'Sorry we missed you" card whereby you will be able to cololect your item from your local delivery office or arrange redeliver to the same address on another date, at the same address or another address within the same postcode area.

We usually require 24 Hours order processing time.

Items that are In Stock we will dispatch immediately. For Out of stock items we will notify you following order processing - For out of stock items please expect dispatch within 10 – 14 working days.

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you by email with your Royal mail tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.

Occasionally, the item that you have chosen to order will need to be sent from another warehouse, If this occurs, we will contact you straight away with options. You can choose to continue with your order, and we will send you the amended delivery dates. If you do not respond48 hours, we will continue with your order.

If part of your order is not in stock, we will dispatch the in stock items as normal and will get in touch regarding the out of stock item.
